  • How can I get a copy of a public record? Answer: ADD THE NOTICE LINK
  • What day and time can I inspect the record? Answer: The custodian of records or their designee will arrange for the requester to inspect records between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on regular business days, except for lunch hours of 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., and observed holidays.
  • What are the fees to get a copy of a public record? Answer: ADD THE NOTICE LINK
  • What if I no longer need the record I requested? Answer: Notify the Point of Contact assisting you, or by email [email protected].
  • What records are exempt from disclosure? Answer: You can find the Exemptions in the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act Guide beginning on page 12 https://nmdoj.gov/wp-content/uploads/NMDOJ-IPRA-Guide-Ninth-Edition-25.03.21.pdf.
